→ Gingerbread Dip
16 - 7 oz cream cheese, softened
17 - 2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
18 - 2.1 oz powdered sugar
19 - 2 tbsp molasses
20 - 1 tsp ground ginger
21 - 1 tsp ground cinnamon
22 - 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
23 - 1/4 tsp ground cloves
24 - 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
25 - Pinch of salt
# Directions:
01 - In a medium bowl, vigorously beat cream cheese and butter until the mixture is light and smooth.
02 - Add powdered sugar, molasses, ground ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Continue mixing until all ingredients are fully combined and the dip is creamy.
03 - Transfer the gingerbread dip into a small serving bowl and refrigerate until ready to present.
04 - Artistically lay out cured meats, cheeses, fresh and dried fruits, nuts, assorted crackers, and breadsticks atop a large serving board or platter.
05 - Place the prepared dip bowl in a central or prominent spot on the board.
06 - Offer the platter immediately, giving guests the option to pair the gingerbread dip with fruit, crackers, or cheese as desired.
