# Directions:
01 - Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Boil pasta in generously salted water until just al dente. Drain thoroughly and gently pat dry with a clean kitchen towel.
03 - Place dried pasta in a large mixing bowl; add olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, oregano, chili flakes if desired, sea salt, ground black pepper, and Parmesan cheese or nutritional yeast. Toss until all pieces are evenly coated.
04 - Spread seasoned pasta evenly in a single layer on prepared baking sheet.
05 - Bake for 18–22 minutes, tossing halfway through, until pieces are golden and crisp.
