01 - 1 cup (8 fl oz) full-fat or light coconut milk
02 - 1 large ripe banana, frozen
03 - 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter

04 - 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup, to taste
05 - 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
06 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

07 - 1/2 cup ice cubes

09 - Crushed peanuts, for garnish (optional)
# Directions:
01 - Peel and freeze the banana in advance if not already frozen. Measure all ingredients accurately.
02 - Add coconut milk, frozen banana, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, lime juice, vanilla extract, and ice cubes to a blender.
03 - Blend on high speed until creamy and smooth, with no visible chunks. Scrape the sides as needed.
04 - Taste and modify sweetness or lime juice as desired.
05 - Pour smoothie into two glasses. Top with toasted coconut flakes and crushed peanuts, if desired. Serve immediately while cold.
