01 - 1 cup plain Greek yogurt, full-fat or 2%
02 - 1 cup self-rising flour

03 - 2 tablespoons melted butter, for brushing
04 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
06 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
# Directions:
01 - Set oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Combine Greek yogurt and self-rising flour in a medium bowl, stirring until a shaggy dough forms.
03 - Transfer dough to a lightly floured surface. Knead for 2 to 3 minutes, until smooth and elastic.
04 - Divide the dough into 8 portions. Roll each portion into a breadstick about 5–6 inches in length.
05 - Place shaped breadsticks evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
06 - Brush breadsticks with melted butter, and sprinkle with garlic powder, parmesan cheese, or parsley as desired.
07 - Bake for 18 to 20 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.
08 - Serve warm.
